Greatly enjoyed a writing desk and netflix in the room. The location was stunning, adjacent to all the main restaurants, and Tulum for four days between Christmas as New Year's eve. I was surprised at nearby Panna e Cioccolato, they had some goodies, drinks.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Tulum. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I especially loved the attention to detail, from the cozy atmosphere to the small outdoor terrace equipped with a hammock. Lastly, the hotel's location in the center of Tulum was perfect. It was conveniently situated near restaurants that were more affordable than eateries near the beach, which was a great advantage.
Everything was great and I couldn't find any faults.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I loved the coffee provided in the mornings. The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the restaurants and nightlife in the city center. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Nothing for me.

Free Snacks, Epic Party
Over Easter we stayed at a hotel in the area. Loved the complementary snacks at check-in. The location is very central, with access to shops and restaurants. The party during Easter weekend was epic, and the hotel had a great atmosphere.
The cleanliness of the room was not as we expected. Noise from other guests was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the town's bus station and near affordable restaurants. One reviewer mentioned the clean and spacious rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff. Another commented on the comfortable beds, while another appreciated the clean and minimalist vibe in the rooms. The hotel offers amenities such as bicycles, rooftop sunning area, and mini-fridges with complimentary drinks, providing comfortable and convenient services for a reasonable price.
One reviewer stated that there was noise at night from a nearby club, which could be disturbing for some guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Tulum and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was incredible - I couldn't believe the prices for such a high-quality stay. The staff were also extremely attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the location was perfect. It was conveniently situated near several affordable restaurants, allowing me to try different local dishes without breaking the bank. Lastly, the rooms were top-notch. The attention to detail was evident, with air conditioning to keep me cool during the hot days and a small outdoor terrace equipped with a hammock where I could relax and soak in the atmosphere of the city center.
No complaints - everything was perfect!

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center. The rooms may be small, but they are clean, well-decorated, and have a small outdoor terrace equipped with a hammock. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities like a small AC, kitchenette, and breakfast. The location is conveniently located near restaurants that are more affordable than eateries near the beach.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area filled with restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was attentive and helpful, providing me with great recommendations on local activities. One of the main advantages was the availability of bicycles for rent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Although the hotel provided a great experience overall, the noise from a nearby nightclub made it difficult to sleep until late at night. the street noise from vendors and cars can be bothersome for light sleepers.

I recently stayed at Hotel Latino in the middle of the pueblo for a week in February. The bed size was great and the rooms were clean. The hotel had a nice pool and a small outdoor area with a hammock. The staff, though not English-speaking, were incredibly helpful and did their best to assist us. Danny at the front desk was fantastic and always eager to help. The hotel was beautifully decorated in the local culture style and looked just like the online pictures. it was a comfortable stay with a good price.
Would recommend this hotel.
